Booking takes less than two minutes. From the homepage enter your departure point, destination, date, time and number of passengers, and you will immediately see the available vehicle with a fixed price. Add your details and any notes, and your confirmation arrives by email within moments.

Yes. The price shown when you book is the final one: no meter, no hidden costs, no surcharge for traffic or luggage. The fare already includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, motorway tolls and help with your bags.

You can pay in two ways: online by card when you book, or in cash directly to the driver at the end of the journey, in euros. For particular needs or bookings from abroad, write to us and we will find the most convenient solution together.

Of course. We send you an email straight away with all the transfer details: date, time, pickup and drop-off addresses, booking number and vehicle information. Keep it handy for the day of travel.

No problem at all. During booking, enter the name and phone number of the person travelling, and the driver will contact the passenger directly on the day. Perfect for family, guests or colleagues.

For transfers between 22:00 and 06:00 a 20% night supplement applies. The amount is always calculated and shown during booking, before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

At the payment step you will find the "Promo code" field: enter it and the discount is applied automatically to your transfer total. If the code does not work, contact us and we will check right away.

Every route has a fixed price, set in advance and with no meter. For example, from Bari airport to Matera it starts at €140 per trip for the sedan (up to 3 people). You see the exact price for your route and number of passengers straight away when booking, before you confirm.

Whichever you prefer. You can pay online by card when you book, or in cash directly to the driver on arrival. Either way, the price is the fixed one shown at booking, with no extra charges.

The price is per vehicle, not per person. You book the whole car for you and your group: the fixed fare is the same whether you travel alone or with others. Choose the sedan (up to 3 passengers) or the minivan (up to 7) based on your group and luggage.

Your driver waits for you holding a name sign. For airport arrivals he is in the arrivals hall, right after you clear the gate. Before the journey you receive the driver's name and number by email, so you can reach him at any time.

We track every flight in real time. If your arrival is delayed, the driver automatically adjusts and waits for you anyway, with no need to warn us. Flight monitoring is included at no extra cost.

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you are travelling with extra bags, sports equipment or bulky cases, note it when booking and we will arrange the right vehicle.

Yes. On request we provide infant seats, child seats and boosters. Indicate the age and number of children when booking and we will have everything ready before you arrive.

We operate Mercedes E-Class or similar saloons for up to 3 passengers, and Mercedes V-Class or similar minivans for up to 7 passengers. Every vehicle is recent, air-conditioned, with cared-for interiors, generous luggage space and regularly sanitised.

Yes, short stops along the way are possible: note them when booking or tell the driver directly. For longer stops or significant detours a small extra charge may apply, always agreed in advance.

No, never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle is reserved for you and your group only. No strangers on board, no sharing, no detours to pick up other passengers.

Enter the flight that lands last and choose the time that suits the whole group. In the notes, list all the flight numbers: we track each arrival and coordinate the wait so no one is left behind.

Yes. When booking, give the exact address or the name of your accommodation and we take you to the door. Only in rare cases, such as the narrow alleys of the Sassi di Matera or hilltop villages, the driver drops you at the nearest accessible point.

We assign the vehicle based on the passengers and luggage stated in the booking. Undeclared extra bags may not fit and could cause delays or problems. For a smooth journey, always list all your luggage when booking.

In general pets are not allowed, to keep the vehicles clean for all passengers. Guide dogs and assistance animals are the exception. For other cases, write to us in advance and we will gladly consider your request.
